Shipping Methods & Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • We offer domestic and international shipping.

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Insurance

  • We offer flat rate shipping on all orders, calculated based on your region and service level.

  • Every shipment includes $100 insurance coverage at no additional cost.

  • If you would like to insure your order for a higher amount, please contact us for a custom quote before placing your order.

  • Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

 

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International Orders)

  • The Vault Collectibles is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential fees before placing an order.

  • If a package is refused or destroyed due to non-payment of import fees, no refund will be issued.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipping confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • All orders are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the packaging and contents.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.

  • For high-value or sensitive shipments, we recommend contacting us about additional insurance coverage prior to placing your order.
