At our company, we take the security of our inventory extremely seriously. As an online-only business, all items are stored in a secure, locked environment with restricted access. On March 20, 2026, while preparing to fulfill a potential sale, we discovered that a key item was missing from its designated location within our graded card inventory. After a thorough internal review, we believe this loss occurred during our recent attendance at Hobbycon  held at the Eros Conventi
